Well, better late than never! Maybe that should be my motto! It seems I am always running behind. Here is my finished card from our Mystery Stamping Party last week. It was a great way to use some pretty DSP and I love that you can do a lot with the design.
Patty Bennett was the inspiration of this card. She did an amazing video on how to create four different cards with all the same cuts, scores and supplies. You can find her video at https://pattystamps.com/2020/03/fun-fold-card-great-way-to-use-up-dsp.html
The basic measurements for this card are:
- One piece of cardstock that is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 that coordinates with your DSP. I used Wild Wheat.
- One piece of neutral cardstock 5 x 3 3/4. I used Basic White
- Scraps of neutral and coordinating cardstock for punching, die cutting and creating your focal point. I used Basic White, Bubble Bath, Moody Mauve and Wild Wheat.
- DSP 11 3/4 x 5 1/4 and scored at 1 3/4, 4 3/4 and 7 3/4
I choose to glue all of my DSP folds together to create a standard card. I do love the idea of making an accordion card and placing extra greetings or photo on the extra panels. I do think I will try to create a great gift card holder by making the folds into pockets.
Thank you for letting me share my sample with you! You will find a complete supply list below.
