Hello and welcome to my brand new blog! I am SO excited! I have to say a big THANK YOU to Maryanne Livingston at High Performance Marketing for all she did to get my new website and blog up and going including making my fun logo! She is SO patient, creative and just amazing!
I thought I would share the happenings at our first Stamp & Sip this past Wednesday at one of my very favorite places, the Pickled Pub. Ashley Mukoyama and her staff are fabulous! They took such good care of us! Food, beverages and service were fab as always! We can’t wait to go back! Here are a few pics from all the festivities!
It was also a night to celebrate as it was my and Jay’s 26th anniversary. He is always such a good sport and supportive of my little stamping business. We also got to meet our newest future stamper, Miss Lily. She is so sweet and such a good girl.
After eating, chatting and playing with Lily we did actually stamp!
I am absolutely in love with the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog and I think it is safe to say so are my customers. We had a blast making a very masculine card with the Come Sail Away With Me Suite. It is such a great card for ANY Summer occasion from birthdays to get well cards or thank you to thinking of you and everything in between.
Measurements for this card are:
- Whisper White Thick Cardstock for the base 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4
- Balmy Blue 4 x 5 1/2. Use direct to paper after embossing with the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder
- Come Sail Away With Me DSP
- Whisper White 3 1/2 x 4 1/4
- Nature’s Twine 5 1/2 inches
Our second card for the Stamp & Sip used the Magnolia Lane Suite. Here are the dimensions for this card:
- Petal Pink cardbase 4 1/4 x 11 and scored at 5 1/2
- Magnolia Lane DSP 3×4
- Smoky Slate scrap for greeting
- Basic Black for the frame 3 1/2 by 4 1/4
- Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Trim 8 1/2 inches
This was a card cased from Pinterest because I loved the frame and that the little flower bud is cut from a piece of the DSP using the Magnolia Memory Dies. I stamped the background on the card base and the greeting, but everything else is die cut and SO easy to put together!
Thank you for letting me share all the new stuff that is going on with me and my little stamping business! We are hoping to make the Stamp & Sip a monthly thing, so if you live in the Raleigh area please come join us! We would love to meet you!
Happy Stamping!
