Good evening and welcome to the NC Demo December Blog Hop!  If you stopped by Jo Anne Hewins’ blog you already know about this month’s theme, but just in case here is what this month is all about!
Christmas has come and gone and the New Year is almost here! So, we are taking a minute before we get all excited about the January to June Mini and use some of the FABULOUS Designer Series Paper and embellishments from the Annual Catalog that we may have been neglecting during the busy Christmas season!
Our projects were to feature ANY of the Designer Series Paper (DSP) or Specialty Paper from the Annual Catalog and at least one embellishment! Other than that the sky was the limit!

This card was inspired by one from Patty Bennett’s blog.  I think used the measurements a few months ago for my Mystery Stamping Party.  I have been meaning to share it, but life got in the way and I thought it was perfect to share and show off what I think is my favorite and most versatile Designer Series Paper in the Annual Catalog, In Good Taste.

Here are all measurements for this card.

  • Cherry Cobbler 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 and 2 3/4 x 4 1/2
  • So Saffron 2-1/2 x 8-1/2
  • Whisper White 2-1/2 x 4-1/4
  • Whisper White for  scrap for stamping and fussy cutting the decanter & old fashioned glass.
  • In Good Taste DSP 4 x 5-1/4 and 2-1/4 x 4

My greeting is stamped in Cherry Cobbler and yes, I did use the Stamparatus for all my stamping!  I love that thing!  I stamped my decanter and old-fashioned glasses with Memento ink then colored with a combination of Daffodil Delight, Soft Suede and Calypso Coral.  The stopper is Balmy Blue and I used the White Frost Shimmer Paint to make the ice cubes shiny.

So, don’t forget about all the wonderful DSP, stamp sets, embellishments and products in the Annual Catalog!  Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to order any of the products I used for my card.

I am off to see what amazing project Toni Campana has created this month!  Please join me!

I hope the last few days of 2020 are good for you and that 2021 is amazing!  I think we all deserve it!  Until next year…

Happy Stamping!

I like your card Tracie. I think the In Good Taste DSP is the best. So versatile.
